We love football season around here. Brad starts counting down months in advance. Both of our kids have learned to "call the dawgs" around 1 year old. They both love to watch the bulldogs play on TV..sadly, they have yet to go to a game. (Emma has been to athens to tailgate but never into the stadium). And Liam loves to throw his arms up and say "touchdown". We're excited to be heading to athens for this first time this season this coming weekend. No kids...just me and my hubby enjoying some time together and remembering those good old days in athens. It's one of our favorite places on earth. It's gonna be a good game and a good weekend. Goooooo Dawgs!

Siblings...
Sometimes my kids surprise me. Most of the time when I have to rush to a room that they are in it's because one of them is screaming or crying about something. Or I'll turn around just in time to see one of them push or hit the other. But then there are the absolutely precious moments when you turn around and they are loving on one another or sharing with each other. Since I didn't have any siblings, I will never know what it feels like to have a brother or a sister. I can only imagine. And I longed for one growing up..and still do sometimes. That is just one of many reasons that it is such a blessing to watch my kids grow up together...hugging, kissing, loving and even fighting.
I came around

ok, so that picture is a lot smaller than i expected it to be...but either way... my computer crashed! I lost everything. They (the computer people that know a lot more than me) said my hard drive went bad. They could not recover anything. So, everything is gone....pictures, documents, fonts, recipes, labels, ugh. i'm getting more upset as i type this as i remember everything that was on that computer.
i'm most upset about losing all of our pictures from the beach this summer. i think i took a little over 400 pictures. Yes, I know that's a lot. But I love taking pictures.
So, I've already had my 10 minutes of just sobbing after realizing there was nothing I could do. Now, I'm trying to figure out what to do next. I've been thinking about a Macbook. I haven't really ever used one, but I hear really good things about them. It seems that everyone that has one loves it.
So, I need some advice. If anyone has any on what kind of laptop I should get next, please let me know.
